Communication has become a vital part of a person’s daily life but as generations pass, so does the art of communication. Generation Z has been born with social media platforms like Youtube, Instagram, and more that use visual and audio to tell short stories. As the stories become shorter, so do attention spans which is why it’s best to make sure the info that is being put out has a great visual with it. Visual communication uses graphics to invoke the emotions and seek out interpretations. Unlike written and verbal, visual has a direct approach. It is the most adaptable form because in this society, attention spans are short. With graphics, the eye is always of the beholder which makes it so complex.
